How-To Have More Energy

We all get tired. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, but what if I told you a way not to be tired, especially when it’s all day. First we’ll start on the basic stuff, like the food pyramid, you know the one, with the bread, and meat, and dairy, and the fruits and veggies. Well, believe it or not, what you have learned about this cute little thing is wrong, and has been wrong for a long time. In fact, you are only supposed to have veggies, fruits, and some starches. Yes, I know what you are thinking, what happened to the meat?

Well, meat is really bad for you, and it does not help with your energy. In fact, it stops it from even getting out of your body, and if you pay attention, after you eat meat, you will feel tired and bloated. So this is very simple, all you need to do is cut out all of your meat, and of course, all of the bad foods like, candy, chips, donuts, fish, and even some salads in some of the stores! So pretty much you need to cut out all of the junk food you eat, which would be really hard, because that’s all that people eat nowadays!

Also, if you’re eating right, you will be able to sleep better at night, and did you know that this new coronavirus that’s going around, was and or may be caused by meat, and junk food! Plus, if you do eat right, then your energy will go up like crazy, and if you sleep more than you do now, you will lose lots of weight, and you will of course get a lot of energy, and this is just to name a few of the benefits of healthy eating. 🙂
